Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Heriot Watt University in Scotland and Master of Science in Power Engineering degree as well. Currently retired Patent Examiner, my previous positions are Engineering Consultancy on satellite systems, Transmission Analysis Engineer for spacecraft links, and Senior Engineer for telecommunications. ● Provided critical advice to INTELSAT’s Signatories such as the importance to switch from analogue to digital technologies thus optimizing spectrum utilization
● Prepared and approved pre-satellite transmission link budgets for UK-BT, France Telecoms, Telespazio, Belgacom, Africa, NTA, NITEL, PHNGEN (South Africa), India-VIDESH, Pakistan- PAKTEL China/CHINATEL
● Enhanced beam coverage map booklet for more detailed home page status and prepared beam coverage plots for Customer Services Division for satellite locations to include Indian Ocean Region, Atlantic Ocean Region and Pacific Ocean Region.
