Service Technician/ Diassembler/ Framer

Perform as Disassembler and Framer for the Test and Disassembly Dept.

As a Framer I received incoming Vacuum Pump tear it down, take apart both Electrical and Mechanical parts connected to Vacuum Pump itself. Take pictures from beginning to the end and will put it back after pump is overhauled. (ie. Inlet, Silencer, Inverter, motor, harness, connectors, frame, skin and screws and bolts of diff, sizes.)

Perform Leak test, Servicing of Oil, and Negotiate with the QC the Condition of the pump for approval. Drain the water from the system organized wiring to the professional look. Clean and restore the Vacuum pump to its Origal shape for Shipping.

If not busy I help the Disasembler tear down the pump to its pieces, for overhauling. Like the bearing, bearing housing and holder, rotor, oil plate, all the way down to wave washer, trust, and o rings etc.

Also clean parts to its original state, and report damaged parts.

.Perform Soldering for 6pins, 9, 12 and 19 pins Throughhole connectors using mostly 18, 22, 24, AWG wires.

Perform shrink tubing on the soldered area using heat gun. Also to protect connection and the cable, and make it look good. Zip the wires and cable together.

Labeled Cables on the Base shrink tubings and all the way to its terminations and destinations.

Electrical Assembler/ Wiring Technician

Assigned in Electrical Department. Read and review blueprints, wiring schematics, and instructions, prior to starting the job.

Build, assembles, wires, control boxes for Stackers, Bundle line Conveyor that manufactures and build corrugated boxes.

Install and wire components like, voltage sensor, transformers, e stop, flex handle, circuit breaker, drive, panel, switch knife, hour meter, etc. and wire them into the terminal.

Safely load the big panel into the enclousure, using hoist, wrench, and pry bar if needed.

Perform wire stripping, crimping, capping, soldering, on electrical component before installing.

Also build and wires smaller control boxes like; LBX, TBR, SI2, BLC, TFC acc to prints & orders.

Build sub assemblies, kits, bag parts for shipping.

Work with Engineers about modifying enclousure, wiring, rework, according to customers request.

Load big machines into the Forklift and drive it across the building for painting

* Inspect and torque marked the mounting bolts of the enclosure.

* For station 3, apply sealant, install back cover, and top cover using automatic rivet gun.

* Perform final quality check and inspections, and initials checklist/traveler

Assigned on Assembling Intellicap Plus and 2000 Capacitor Control for S&C Electric..

Assemble and build by installing PC board, connectors, Led lights, wifi, gps,o rings,fuses,screws, nuts, copper ground and green wires, into the enclousure, and lots of labels and name plates.

Builds sub-assemblies like meter base, front panel, and bracket mount assembly.

Use manual and power tools like wrenches, screwdriver, nutdriver, pliers, allen wrench, drill and drill press, pneumatic tool, silicon caulking gun, hammer and punch (for knocking holes).

Perform wiring of wires from meter base o PC board for 40, 60, and 62 meter base.

Also test PC board, load software, transfer, marry and unmarried PC board.

Check completed work and send it to test, and do 5S at the end of shift.

Measures and cut woods and build skid using nail gun.

Builds sub-assemblies likes main doors, citi doors, bapple panels. Install barriers, mid and end cap.

Works in Assembly doing contingent jobs and reworks, Hung and installed doors.

Performs special projects, works with Engineers and senior assembly Technicians.

Also helps in distributions of received hardwares and parts. Performed 5S at the end of the shift.

Perform reworks on units rejects by QC. And double checking completed works.

Also perform oven heating of jackets, packaging and ordering of parts in kitting.

Perform Crimping, Sripping, inspecting wires and cables, using machines or manual crimping and stripping tools. Locking wire contacts into connectors per schematics.

Performed Pull test of wires strengths, and Beep test of end to end wiring.

Ground drain or shield into the connectors Backshells and Hod, using copper tapes and tightens screws and nuts. Adhere to latest instructions, changes or revision, on how the cables need to be done.

Input completed jobs into the system, and submit to QC for inspection.
