Played integral part of proposals team and close interaction with internal business development, operations, and other project management personnel. Regularly met with refinery personnel in execution of MOC’s, PSSR’s, and other documentation during the projects.

P&L Responsibility for team of engineers, fabricators and quality control personnel involved in construction of mobile and fixed base treatment equipment to manage pipeline, refinery, chemical plant, and other wastes. Spent many hours in refineries and chemical plants with their engineering staff on the design of equipment and processes. I increased productivity of construction by over 25% and lowered accident rate to near zero in less than 6 months. The company had serious financial issues and I helped decrease liabilities through meetings with suppliers and subcontractors. Company was acquired and my position was moved to the new company's management team.
