Professional Experience:

Consulting Engineer / Project Manager for various Oil & Gas Operators in LA & TX – 2001 to Present. 22 years of experience in drilling, completions, facilities, and production engineering for petroleum oil and gas land wells, inland-water wells, and offshore wells in both state and federal waters in Texas and Louisiana. Able to provide detailed professional engineered oil and gas well casing designs for new drills, workovers, and sidetracks. Able to provide directional well plans, casing designs, pore-pressure plots, and MASP calculations for the drilling of oil & gas wells utilizing the newest industry technologies used successfully today. Experienced in obtaining new drill, sidetrack/by-pass, and TA/P&A permits from US States and Federal Regulatory Agencies (BSEE & BOEM). Experienced in Control of Well issues for both cased-hole and open-hole oil and gas well blowouts (both surface blowouts and underground blowouts). Able to ensure that the well planning and PE certification of project wells are in accordance with the regulatory compliance rules and regulations of the area regulatory agencies involved in the permitting, the drilling, the completions, the production facilities design, and the production of well. Also able to ensure the permanent plugging and decommissioning of facilities/pipelines at the end of life of uneconomical wells.

Work Experience:

• Guardian Decommissioning from Dec-2022 to Present: o Working as a contract wells engineer / project manager in Houston Office ensuring that all project well abandonment procedure APM’s are submitted to the BSEE within compliance to perform well abandonments, pipeline decommissioning, and platform decommissioning. o Ensured that all P&A operations work executed by third-party contractors and service company vendors are performed safely and as per 30CFR Subpart Q of the BSEE Federal Regulations.

• Magellan E&P Holdings Inc from Jan 2020 to present: o Worked as a contract petroleum oil & gas facilities and production engineer for Magellan E&P Holdings Inc., Houston TX., Ensuring safe oil & gas production operations and platform facilities maintenance while overseeing all third-party vendor work involved on the MU 926 well/platform Offshore TX.

o Currently working with Magellan's legal counsel as an expert witness on a cased hole control of well incident insurance claim for a well blowout incident that began on 9-01-2020.

• Merit Energy from 01-2020 to 04-2020:

o Worked as a contract engineer for the drilling of two land wells in McAllen TX area with the Wisco Moran Drilling Co. Rig #16, utilizing Weatherford’s Secure Drill system for managed pressure drilling assistance.

• Pilot Water Solutions from 09-2019 to 12-2019:

o Worked as a contract engineer in drilling & completions on land rigs in Midland TX, overseeing the planning, drilling, & completions of saltwater disposal wells on land in West Texas.

• Couvillion Group from 09-2019 to 12- 2019:

o Worked as a contract engineer in Belle Chasse LA office gathering & analyzing all well data from the Taylor Energy MC 20 Platform wells to report findings on an expedited timeline to the US Coast Guard Unified Command for the Taylor Energy MC 20 Platform oil spill.

• Cantium LLC from 01-2019 to 08-2021:

o Worked as a contract engineer in Cantium’s Covington LA office and on wells in the field. o Ensured that proposed well designs and completions procedures were PE certified for constructing project wells to comply with the regulations and requirements, while overseeing that all work was done safely by contractors and third-party vendors used on project. o Technically ensured that all barriers for abandonment project wells were designed and permitted and that the abandonment project wells cement volumes met or exceeded the regulatory requirements.

• Cox Operating LLC from 01-2017 to 01-2019:

o Worked as a contract engineer Cox Operating New Orleans Office and out in the field on wells ensuring that all well abandonment procedures were within regulatory compliance to perform well abandonments and pipeline decommissioning.

o Supervised all work executed by third-party contractors and service company vendors.

• Yuma Energy (2016):

o Worked as a contract engineer in Houston TX office and in field overseeing the planning and drilling of a 15,000’ Lower Tuscaloosa sand test in Livingston Ph., LA utilizing Precision Land Rig #556.

• Coastal Drilling Turnkey (2016):

o Worked as a contract engineer in New Iberia LA office preparing drilling turnkey bids for South Louisiana drilling prospects and South Texas drilling turnkey prospects.

• Capital Operating Group LLC (2016):

o Worked as a contract engineer responsible for the preparation of well plans, procedures, and AFE's for the conversion of oil wells to helium gas wells in the DBK Field (Rocky Mountains 4 corners area). o Was responsible for well engineering and well operations on the drilling and workover rigs used. Safely managed operations executing the deepening, completing, & fracking of helium gas wells.

• Petroleum Engineers Inc from 08-2005 to 03-2016: o Worked as a contract engineer / project manager for various operators in the planning and permitting of new drills, sidetracks, completions, work overs, and well abandonments. o Worked in EPL/Energy XXI Oil & Gas Houston Office from July 2011 to October 2014 as a contract engineer designing well plans from the Energy XXI Geologist Prospects. Responsible for the writing of all proposed well plans for submittal to regulatory offices for permits.
