Responsibilities

Coordination and completion of project on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.

Lead and manage the mechanical team constructing & Overseeing the MEP trades and infrastructure on a project from start to finish including Plumbing, Mechanical, HVAC, process piping, fire safety systems, Storm, Domestic sewage, Utility drinking and F.F water,etc

Responsible for onsite construction support for MEP systems and will oversee the start-up, balancing, commissioning, and validation certification of these systems project closeout.

Develop project specific MEP safety protocols and mapping.

·Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed

Lead and manage the mechanical team constructing .STP/Power plant mechanical,piping activities with all related auxiliaries

Providing a professional service on installation and commissioning supervision during the full project cycle from revising scope of work, ITP, quality plans, method of statements inputs into planning, execution of scope till closing out phase

Turbine,HRSGs, BOP installation beginning from receiving material, checking imbedded parts and foundation, fixators installation/sole plates, checking clearances, pre-alignment, pump check, run-out for rotor ending by final alignment and checking keys clearance and welding),

Turbine, BOP and HRSG systems installation for (Lube oil system, cooling water system, Co2 GT &generator system, fuel gas system, and compressor and washing water system, drainage system……) by performing walk-down, inspections and tests.

Piping installation(Critical, non-critical piping, supports installation)

Determines project specifications by studying project design, customer requirements, material specification, piping classes, site planning, material management performance standards; completing technical studies

Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.

Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.

Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.

Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.

Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.

Accurately identify client key requirement and maintain sound relationship with members of the Engineering, Procurement, and other disciplines to ensure that engineering and business objectives are achieved
