3PL Duties

- Create picking lists from Supply Chain Vendors purchase orders for drivers to use for palletising their order pickups

- Checking the drivers pick accuracy before the Suppliers come for pickup

- Weekly billing for Suppliers warehousing storage for their stock

- Monthly forecasting for expenses such as labour time, machinery usage, pallet movement (inbound and outbound) to generate 3PL’s profit performance

- Liaise and delegate with dispatch drivers for freight pickup and delivery

- Overlook put-away data for suppliers stock drop-off

- Liaises service desk enquires and comms between the relevant department and team members

- Manage a team of 2 drivers who pick and stage suppliers orders, as-well as off loading orders

E-Store Inventory

- Create daily allocation, short picks and suspect reports that look at outbound orders

- Daily bin checks for stock loss prevention

- Checking the data accuracy for orders, comparison using SAP and RDS software

- Writing Stock In and Off - to minimise stock discrepancies

- Liaising with the customer service team to ensure that old orders are priori- tised for shipping

- Manage a team of runners that do the psychical checks for reports that I create

Stevens Distribution Centre Management

- Overlooking web store orders, running reports for outstanding and current orders

- Stock Checks for customer order accuracy

- Processing & managing customer orders and returns

- Bin to Binning stock out of returns to pick face

- Receiving orders from vendors sent from support office buyers that request samples - take care of writing stock off, creating and sending out the order

- Managed a team of 15 workers - 2IC Placeholder

- Receipting inbound stock for warehousing distribution

- Ensuring there is enough replenishment stock for pick face (min and max) Accredited Person Certification - IVS
