Experience
November 1999-2016 Communications Program Facilitator for Missouri Department of Corrections During this time, I have facilitated at several correctional facilities throughout Missouri. In doing so, I have also written a program geared toward prepubescent teens. With adolescent’s who commit crimes on the rise, it’s my intentions to empower them with tools that will change this way of thinking; in hopes of changing their behavior.
Creator of Criticized Change 2011 -present
This is a program written by me. It’s my goal to work with the population of juveniles that are the hardest to get through to. I have learned from my passed mistakes and I feel it is my duty to deter those who are where I once was. Currently I’m creating a safe space for those who need guidance to become a part of my organization that will give young boys guidance through everyday pressures.
