Managed a project team of developers, business analysts, and testers involved in creating the DOL Regulatory Participant Fee Disclosure document, including:

oThe team comprised ~30 individuals and spanned 8 applications and processes.

oCreated the monthly document that was viewable on 3 different web applications and services for ~20,000 plans along with their millions of participants.

Managed the project team and was the lead tester on the IRC 416 Top Heavy compliance testing build, including:

oThe process is used by thousands of plans annually available on demand and the code base spanning multiple applications, including web, pro*c, and batch processing.

Managed the Wells Fargo conversion that brought in ~800 plans and had multiple builds associated with the conversion.

Built out and tested eligibility to all aspects of ERISA law, including managing the project team, writing the detailed requirements, and testing the development code to verify the signed requirements were met and exceeded.
