Set up for medicaid if applicable for client. Went over the specific plans.
Periodically did enrollments for plans -went over specific information to be able to enroll the client in the plan chosen. Verified all their information including the doctors, prescriptions, address and the plan they were enrolling in. Once everything was verified it was all completed the client would then enrolled telephonically and the application was submitted electronically.
Customer Service - known as Customer Care Agent answer incoming phone calls if a new client, would verify all their information before sending them to a sales agent. In this department I also did retention calls. Request for information calls. And Medicare two day calls after enrolling. These two day calls were after the client enrollment. Would call the client to make sure they understood their plan and what the next steps were. Answered any questions, and if they left out any information they may have forgotten would do they corrections. Such as the names of the doctor or left out any medications. Went over some of the policy that may have not understood and went over the rewards and incentives.
