Mr. Ronald Bugg has more than 35 years of experience as the Environmental Health and Safety Manager. Having skills in managing multiple projects of various sizes and types for government sector which included USEPA Region IV and V and USACE projects.
During the first 10 years, was the safety manager for contractors safety programs for emergency response work For the past 20 years, working in the private sector providing health and safety roles included responding to emergency oil spills, chemical spills, mercury spills, radiation and emergency fires caused by chemical releases.
Mr. Ronald Bugg more than 35 years of experience as Health and Safety Officer and has also been the Safety and Health Manager for several federal contracts (USEPA and Army Corp of Engineers) which assisted in providing emergency response and remediation capability and for commercial clients for over 20 years. As Health and Safety Manager his responsibilities included the review and audit of START Health and Safety Plans for Region IV and V for several contracting companies; provided and maintained training records; and assisted with providing information for site specific safety requirements such as radiation safety and domestic preparedness. Mr. Bugg conducted training for the initial 40-hour HAZWOPER training, 8-hour HAZWOPER refresher training, Confined Space Entry Training, Dangerous Goods Shipping Awareness, Radiation Training, decontamination procedures, Level B and Level A PPE Training. Presently Mr. Bugg is the Health and Safety Director for Future Environmental, Inc., and provides training for employees, conducts audits, and technically reviews site specific safety plans along with maintaining training records.
