That included loading up large bins of potatoes onto conveyor with forklift. Then manually switching out machine to wash, scrub, scan and separate the good product from the bad. Making sure I follow the the product on its way up to the oven, as well as keeping everything intact and functioning. So the product can get to its proper location/container. So it can be sorted and bagged up for the consumer.
