oManaged P&L of a $23 million portfolio of accounts. Showed an increase in client margins by 15% over the past 2 years and overall improvement in client satisfaction surveys.
oResponsible for day to day operations for all 95 Blackbaud DMS customers. These operations included all database updates, imports, campaign management, reporting and ad-hoc development utilizing the BB suite of CRM tools (Raisers Edge, BBCRM, Team Approach, and DonorDirect).

Hired by Merkle in their Lanham, MD office as an Account Director to manage and lead a major top account and open and staff out a new Boston office.
oAnalyzed staffing needs, searched for suitable locations, negotiated with developers and vendors to build out the office space which opened in 2005.
oHelped grow the office from 6 employees to over 120 employees, 10 of whom were mentored and promoted into leadership positions within the company.
Client responsibilities included leading groups of over 50 technical professionals in the design, development, implementation and management of CRM solutions for 10 Fortune 500 companies.
oOversaw a portfolio of over $22 million in annual revenue for Merkle, which increased $5 million over a two year period, delivering a 50% account level margin across the portfolio.
oTechnology implementations and on-boarding for both new and existing clients across the Financial Services, Student Loan, Insurance, Retail, Telephony and Pharmaceutical industries. Implemented 100% of new clients on-time and on-budget, in addition to selling re-architecture projects for major enhancements to several of those accounts.
oAsked to help integrate the Denver office into the Merkle family, which included staff changes, hiring, moving the office space and integrating the existing accounts into the Merkle fold.
