This is to certify that Mr. Merid Belachew has been working in our company as a Quality

Supervisor as from Aug 2019 and earning a basic salary of ETB 13570 per month and other

benefits, from which income tax and pension has been deducted and submitted to concerned

government body.

In addition to his Supervisor duties and as his qualifications he is also responsible for Micro

analysis as well as doing internal audit in the factories.

Merid Belachew has proven to be a strong, challenging and supportive leader who within time

will grow into a Quality manager. He is capable of managing the Laboratory with minimum

supervision from his superior. He actions objectives on time and delivers good Laboratory

performances ensuring safety and quality are never compromised.
