Championed transformation of Verizon IT development practices to Agile. Coached on-shore/off-shore cross functional 16-member Scrum teams in collaboration with other teams implementing SAFe Agile methodology.
Designed dashboards for real time program metrics reporting for various level of management.
Senior executives use the tool for monitoring the health of concurrent programs. It serves as a Decision Support System for senior executives aiding their decision-making process toward identification and approval of future programs with highest ROI.
Developed strong partnership with business stakeholders across enterprises to ensure alignment of strategy and goals for each initiative. Leveraged the relationship in mitigating business risk.
Implemented process efficiency in logistics, circuit design and service provisioning. The improved logistics process realizes $30M cost savings and the service provisioning yields $19 annual savings.

Led multi-year analysis of network conversion, assessed viability of trending technologies to replace the legacy systems.
Established Program Management Office (PMO). Utilized the results of multi-year study of network conversion scenarios, the PMO authorized RFPs process for network modernization and vendors selection. Planned and oversaw complex multi-billion dollars migration of the legacy telephony equipment.
Technology transition resulted in cost savings ranging between $7M to $19M per office conversion and allowed for rapid implementation of FiOS – the bedrock of Verizon’s internet-based services.
Managed Global MSF Interoperability programs involving 26 leading major technology and telecommunication companies across 24 countries paving for breakthrough technology innovations in many fields (Mobile, Fixed Mobile Conversion, Computing, Artificial Intelligence, gaming, telecom and social networks).
Led the industry-wide effort responding to the U.S. Congress and FCC mandate to identify the root cause of paralyzing telecom failures of 1992. The industry used the real time monitoring and analysis tool that was developed by me at Bellcore to conduct the multi-year test program. Results of the investigation were reported to the U.S. Congress and FCC.

Developed queueing analysis tool for assessment of packet switching network. The tool was used at Bellcore on behalf of Regional Operating Companies.

Applied Natural Language processing technique on published standards and developed the first real time monitoring and analysis tool for monitoring and troubleshooting SS7 networks. This work was recognized by the telecom industry.
