I have experience in the custodial industry. Stripping and waxing floors, carpet extraction. Cleaning offices dusting,mopping, removing trash. I also worked as a lead custodian training new hires and area inspections. For the Kyrene School district, some of my responsibilities included ordering supplies on a quarterly bases, set-ups for all sporting events like soccer, track and field, softball and baseball which required chalking the fields prior to the event, including indoor sports like wrestling, basketball, volleyball and so on. Other responsibilities included chairs, tables, microphone and speakers and podium set-up for spelling bee, teachers conference, testing, band and chorus concerts and so on. Conducted building inspections by escorting fire Marshalls and state inspectors through the buildings and if issues were found a work order would be submitted to correct the issue immediately. Conducted fire drills by utilizing a fire alarm pull station or can smoke to a smoke detector. Also worked with the Chandler Police to perform lock downs when scheduled. Also performed minor maintenance that would include painting, drywall repair, replacing wall paper, plumbing, electrical, changing out air filters and light bulbs in all buildings . I also have experience in warehouse work,operating a fork truck, pallet jack for loading and unloading trucks, keeping inventory, picking and packing orders for shipment.
