Document temperature of food storage areas, notify management of variances

Inspect machinery prior to use each day

Troubleshoot and resolve any problems with machinery

Examine parts for damage or excessive wear, using gauges

Overhaul and test machines or equipment to ensure operating efficiency

Lockout, tagout broken machinery for safety

Disassemble, repair, and reassemble production machinery

Drive forklift, gas and electric

Operate various warehouse equipment including power palette jacks

Perform material handler tasks, transport raw materials to workstations

Take inventory, verify counts

Generate pick lists, and procure items for use in production

Verify shipments using bill of lading, report variances

Input shipping information into database, print shipping receipts/bill of lading

Print and apply labels and prepare orders for international shipping

Full working knowledge of all power and hand tools and saws

Responsible for the lives and safety of a team of five

Train new employees with strict adherence to safety procedures

Carry up to 60 lbs. of equipment over uneven terrain

Be able to carry fellow firefighters to safety when in hazardous area

Be aware of and document hourly changes in environmental conditions

Read and understand maps and arrive at designated division points in a timely manner

Scout areas for hazards prior to entering

Clear area for helicopter transports, including cutting and logging trees, and using various powered equipment
