HouseRentAnalyzer

Crawled rental data using Selenium from batdongsan.com.vn and stored the raw data as a JSON file. Cleaned and processed the data by filling missing values, extracting district information from raw text addresses, and replacing ID numbers with meaningful labels, etc.

Developed a Power BI dashboard to display overall and detailed rental data for three major cities: Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Bình Dương.

Built a model to estimate 'Mức giá Thỏa thuận' in the dataset using simple sklearn. Deployed model and make a notebook to predict rental prices based on user-input data. Data Crawling and Visualization of Company Financials Utilized BeautifulSoup to crawl and scrape financial data from companiesmarketcap.com. Cleaned and processed the data using Python to ensure accuracy and reliability. Created interactive dashboards in Power BI that present the financial performance of each company effectively.
