PRODUCTION Operator/Assembly: I assemble sub components for the build of SIEVT electric transmissions, using hand tools, pneumatic lifts, and press machines. We typically rotate line positions every hour and half to different stations with cycle times to make production rate. MATERIAL CONTROL HANDLER: Receive part orders on RF scanner, deliver parts to designated assembly department, scan location and parts, remove empty dunnage to be used for orders. WAREHOUSE DOCK: I obtained a PIV license,(qualified forklift driver) to load/unload trucks for customer deliveries and returns. Staged orders, scanned shipping labels, followed all safety precautions for operating PIV vehicles. QUALITY CONTROL: I've also worked in quality control department as a quality control process auditor, which required audits on the process in which transmissions are built, also a quality control floor inspector, which required inspection of transmission parts, determination of the condition of parts. TEST GARAGE: In addition I've worked in a test garage where I would tear down fully assembled transmission to detect issues on units that did not pass the final stages of assembly in testing, before shipping. EDM( Electric Drive Module)PILOT LAUNCH: Im currently working on a pilot line where I manually assemble EDM motors for Electric Vehicles using hand tools, press machines, and pneumatic tools. I also use gages, and calibers to insure correct parts are being installed with accurate specifications. I perform teardowns on units that do not pass final stage of testing, for Engineering purposes. Follow all S.O.P., as well as using G.M.P. Contract Bus Driver
