My duties consist of high dusting, mopping, disinfect the rooms and areas for patients safety and comfort. Sometimes I have to vacuum areas if I'm assigned to do a specific area. Make beds a specific way that is demonstrated in our picture perfect portal book. Do step 1 and step 2 of highly infected discharge rooms. Re- stock supply. Empty trash. Help out in other areas of the buildings when we had call offs would help out cleaning offices or pulling trash. Was offered a higher position to become a supervisor but I didn't take the offer, I enjoyed my current position and wasn't ready to be a leader quite yet even though I was greatly appreciated and honored.
