Project Superintendent Role and Responsibilities:
The following projects were started and completed by me as the Project Superintendent my duties were to
Review drawings at 60 and 90% before they were issued for construction
Review drawings with the foremen as to constructability and schedule
Ensure that the BOM was delivered on a timely schedule
Supervision of Safety, Scheduling of Manpower, Risk Assessment and Management,QA/QC,and Subcontractors
Implement BMP’s at all times
Coordinate with the Client the tie-in schedule and the support needed.
Coordinate the ILI, Hydro-test, and Field Engineers as needed along with Inspection for each task that was performed. Order materials and tools as needed
Supervise all phases of the job, welding and fabrication, x-ray, sandblast and coating,lowering –in, dewatering, excavation and backfill, clean up,restoration, and any red line to the drawings and coordinate the asbuilts with survey.
Communicating with the PM and CM on a daily basis to stay out front of any and all issues that might arise through the course of the project and follow up with RFI if necessary.
Coordinate and explain any cost saving measures to the client that can be implemented for real time and future use.
Use my ability to work with various types of personnel, trades and language barriers to complete the projects on time and under budget.
