Designing and planning of infrastructures and HVAC systems for new buildings using AutoCAD, Etabs and MS Project.

Ten storied apartment complex Colombo Sri Lanka at the stage of pilling (Hua You Pilling).

Carryout setting out work and select right pile locations to carry out rest of the works smoothly.

Inspect all the machine tools whether they are match with the diameter of the pile. E.g.: boring bucket, casing size.

Check the casing location after the placement using tape with reference to three offsets around it.

Check all the soil samples bored and compare with the soil report.

Measure length to the rock with reference to the benchmark and record.

Take the samples of rock and check whether it is hard rock or soft rock in order to commence socketing.

Concrete order to the site at right time and supervise the entire process to ensure concrete pour according to the quality measures.
