JOB PROFILE
Data Acquisition with Fekete’s F.A.S.T, FARDUX -IDEA software platform.
Technical support and assistance to end users regarding software, hardware, and network-related issues, both in person and remotely.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop systems, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
Diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems, including operating system issues, application errors, and connectivity problems.
Collaborate with the IT team to maintain inventory records, track hardware, and software assets, and assist with software license management.
Experience with Active Directory.
Basic Networking knowledge, Cable management, Installation for File Servers, Cisco Catalyst switches, patch panels etc.
Worked with Expro group in IT Support and System Administration.
DAQ Real Time Operations for Surface Well testing Jobs as per Aramco requirements and Oil & Gas Client companies.
Configuration and implementation for Real Time Operation with Perto-Link and Petro-DAQ devices.
