facilities. Responsible for all aspects of projects from conception and estimating through completion. Notable projects;

Quaker Foods Distribution Facility, 775,000 sf. (followed by many fit-out projects for same client).

Reckitt Benckiser Controlled Storage Addition (Pharmaceutical Storage requiring FDA approvals).

FedEx Freight 94 Dock Addition, Middletown, PA

Antietam Dam reconstruction project (historic stone dam built during civil war).

Lindt Chocolates fit-out project involving retrofitting an existing distribution warehouse into a chilled

storage facility, 12,000 S.F. of office space, a packaging area and a retail store.

Amazon retrofit project (Lewisberry Facility).

estimating through project completion. Worked day and night hours as needed for new store

construction and renovations of existing stores. Completed numerous projects for repeat clients.

April 2001 through February 2004

Project Manager, Estimator. Prepared hard bid estimates and managed projects for

Commercial/Industrial concrete subcontractor. Projects of note; Heart of Lancaster Regional Hospital, Lititz, PA, HACC Classroom building, Lancaster, PA. Parking Garage, Lancaster General Hospital. Ursinus College Performing Arts Theater, Franklin and Marshall renovations, many others. Promoted to President of KenCrete Corp during second year. Owner closed business due to health concerns.

North Coast Construction, Erie, PA

Superintendent/Project Manager 1998-2001. Managed 35-million-dollar renovation to large historic

factory building, including construction of Department of Welfare offices, Department of Labor and

Industry offices, 192 loft apartments, Erie Bookstore, Matthew’s Trattoria (upscale Italian Eatery), and

JR’s Comedy Club. Managed well over 300 people at times and had monthly billings over 6 million

dollars during peak construction. Renovated 150 unit hotel for repeat client, brought project to table and

won Erie Renovation of the Year Award. Superintended and Project Managed Alzheimer’s Hospital at Brevillier Village in Harborcreek, PA.

Superintendent/Project Manager 1991-1998. Managed many commercial projects from inception thru

construction for Developer/GC including (7) independent living senior apartment facilities for Farmer’s

Home Administration, garden style apartment buildings, college dorms, parking garages, hotels, and

Designer/Draftsman 1988-1991 for civil engineering firm. Designed, inspected bridge and highway

construction, water and sewage treatment facilities, airport runway extensions, reservoir covers,

incubator park, many other types of civil projects.

Designer, inspector for civil engineering firm 1984-1990.

Draftsman and inspector on bridge projects, a federally funded industrial park, airport runway extensions, water treatment and sewer treatment plants. Surveyed the town of Marionville, PA for a sewer system (all homes and businesses were on septics at the time).
