Introduction For the past Twenty years I have been employed by the Pinal
County Sheriffs Office. Over the years I have served in many
management positions. Working my way up the ranks from
detention officer to Captain. I graduated from the University of
Phoenix in 2005 with Masters in Business Administration. I am a
dedicated, professional employee that believes in company
loyalty. I also strive each day to improve every aspect of my life.
Achievements 1. First full time Drug Interdiction Officer in Pinal County
2. I located 100 Kilo’s of cocaine in a vehicle being smuggled
through Pinal County.
3. I located 30 pounds of methamphetamine inside a vehicle. At
the time it was the largest methamphetamine load taken off US
highways.
4. I was a member of the Pinal County SWAT team for four
years.
5. POST certified General Instructor
6. POST certified Physical Fitness Instructor
7. POST certified Canine Trainer
8. Authored first staff study by PCSO outlining staffing
strengths and deficiencies. Utilized to request and receive 50
additional deputy’s in 2005 budget request after being denied
numerous times by the Board of Supervisors.
9. In February 2005 I authored the first Staff Study by PCSO
detailing staffing inequities. As a result the Board of
Supervisors authorized the hiring of 40 additional officers

February 2012 Campaign Manger/Speech writer for Kevin Taylor Pinal
To November 2012 County Sheriff Candidate. I was in charge of all day to
operations of running a major political campaign. This
included, speech writing, canvassing, fund raising and
recruitment. Mr. Taylor was virtual unknown, but he was still
able to secure the democratic candidacy and moved on in the
general election to lose to a well known candidate and
incumbent Sheriff Paul Babeu.
January 2011 Jack Lidey Custom Carpentry, We built and installed custom

all customers took part in the planning and final product.

To December 2006 In charge of all administrative personnel duties in the PCSO. Units
under my command were personnel, records, dispatch, civil, and
background investigations. I had at least 50 personnel working
for
me during my tenure as Captain. Specific duties included;
1) Developed and implemented policies.
2) Provided leadership in personnel, payroll, training, labor
relations, and positive action.
3)Managed personnel and payroll system to come across
management & employee requirements.
4)Consulted with Sheriff, Chief Deputy, Command Staff,
and supervisors to make sure strategy acquiescence with
appropriate statutes, rules and regulations
5)Advanced organization Affirmative Action Plans.
6)Interfaced with Legal personnel in dealing with the
progressive disciplines and complaints.
