Working as a CCTV Bilingual Operator monitoring security cameras that are base in the Eastern United States. Logging disturbances, equipment failures, and internet failures. We also dispatch our mobile response team, Shomrim (Jewish Police), and of course NYPD if the situation requires it. We log each individual response with video and audio footage to correlate with our written logs while coordinating the events with Police, the Owners, and our managing staff.
