Responsibilities: Maintenance of LIEBHERR Cranes MHC 550, engine room maintenance and slewing gear box winch drum / oil inspection, wheel set maintenance and inspection of tyres cylinder and wheel set gear box oil inspection and under carriage, BROMMA Spreaders EH170U, Full maintenance of the crane and spreaders twist lock issues and motors and sensor and greasing properly, Daily checks on the Cranes, in the winch room and engine room and even electrical room to take readings. Maintenance of KONE GOTTWALD cranes GHMK 7508 with BROMMA spreaders, Full maintenance and fault solving. •Check and correcting leakages in Radiator and Generator base tank and oil sum, also check vent piping and fan belt.

•Testing the generator set on load and taking the reading of Oil pressure, Battery charging volt, Frequency, Water temperature, Ac volt, Rpm, Cleaning the generators set and technical report.

•Assembly, maintenance of a heavy duty plant, Operating power wizard panel, deep sea panel, loverto panels to power generator systems, using Avo meter to solve electrical issues.
