WACHTER NETWORKING 2007 to Present

COMMUNICATION TECHNICIAN

For the last 5 years I have been installing fiber optic systems for WiFi and TTU (Test and Turn Up).And installing 10G fiber switches to increase the speed on the system all over the United States including Alaska,Hawaii and Portia Rico .Also installing IBM Servers to enhance the the fiber switches.Cisco Wireless and Switch and RF Upgrade I config Motorola RFS-4000, Cisco ASA 5500 firewall, Cisco 3960 and 2960 switches.Then install these units in the rack using fiber connectors or cat6 patch cables after commissioning was done i plug in Motorola AP's and check for WiFi. VOIP and Routers installations Install 1/50 pair and 3/ 25 pairs from demarc to UPC room also installed Gateways with Oem sensors for remote using wireless phones get them online remove and install new routers and run cat5e for each cisco phones to each department switch and install RJ31X for alarm lines.Then port and cut-over phone system and Paging system cross connect analog phones to new system. My main duties included, but were not limited to, traveling

"extensively" nationally while setting up and installing HD Signal and HP Thin Client Systems. I primarily was responsible for Cat5e and Cat6 cable installation procedures as well as punch down or compress for Panduit connectors of said cable onto patch panels in Client's communication rooms. I also installed fiber cables and connectors. Cisco routers were then connected to the panels and "pinged" by laptop computer to ensure the connection was working properly. All cables were tested using a Fluke tester and sent to each client's: data centers, municipal buildings or schools.Recently installed and troubleshoot Quevision and the SDI system.

MOTOROLA 2006 to 2007

COMPUTER REPAIRER

My duties included, but were not limited to, building and configuring new hardware, installing and updating software packages as well as "ghosting" and reprogramming of Dell computers as warranted. COMMUNICATIONS TESTING & DESIGN, INC 2004 to 2006 REPAIR TECHNICIAN

My main duty was to test, troubleshoot, and repair Ericsson and Nokia cell phone tower power supplies for Ericsson's Pluto's 1800 and 1900 series as well as Nokia's TSPA, TSPB, and TSGB series. My main duty was to perform component level repairs of two-way radios. Radio brands included, but were not limited to, Motorola, Maxon and Tekk. Daily quota of 14 radio repairs was "exceeded" frequently. I also assisted other technicians with repair of "troubled" units as well as provided face-to-face and over-the-phone customer service.
