I am an aide to the nurses, nursing assistants and kitchen staff. I remove cut branches and debris from the plant(s) we're working on and feed them through the wood-chipper. This was my first job in Moscow. I began as a delivery driver and dish-washer. I worked my way up in the company, to shift manager and then manager. Along with learning how to put together and properly cook a pizza, I ran the cash register, served food, serviced and stocked the salad bar,drove deliveries, washed dishes, and was constantly cleaning something. As time went on I became proficient in using an industrial dough mixer and slicer. Managerial duties included knowing my stock and keeping it properly rotated, ordering, hiring and firing, and doing the daily accounting.
