Being a Manager, is important role to have. I believe that I have the ability to hold that position for many years that the company gives me the opportunity. When being a member of a team, I will do everything in my power to help everyone when they need it so we as a team can meet our goals.

Courtesy Clerk: I would bag groceries for all of my customers. I would go outside to get carts in all types of weather. Help other employees stock shelves if they needed help. I would help the elderly take their groceries out to their car to they would bring their car up to the front door of the store so I can put their groceries into their car.

Assembler: I put parts in fridge. Make different styles of refrigerators. When there is a bad unit the parts would be taken out and placed in a different unit (if the parts are still usable). I started being backup Team Leader, with this position I value me team that is below me. Making calls on units that need to be looked at to see if they are 1st class quality.
September 2021 to March 2023: ACP Cedar Rapids, IA
Assembler: I would build parts to be assembled onto the microwave that I was building. I would have to be responsible for making sure I would have enough parts for the whole run on microwaves that was on schedule. Making sure rate is being hit everyday.
January 2023 to August 2023: Tractor Supply Cedar Rapids, IA
Team member: I would make sure shelves look nice and stocked, even items pulled up. Put freight away that would arrive on Wednesday. Put feed out when it comes in on the pallet. I would make a pick list of items that need to be put out onto the floor that we have in the back room. Would pick online orders so the customer can pick their items up the same day or on a later date. Drive forklift. Help with load outs. Being a cashier. Greeting the customers when they come in and going around making sure they don’t need help with anything.
August 2023 to Present: Casey’s (Solon, Wapello, and Cedar Rapids)
Team Member: Check customers out, help take care of the customer’s themselves or go take care of a problem/concern that is brought up, make pizzas, take orders, stock shelves, and clean.
