Responsibilities include unloading containers that contain coffee products, customer service “will call” pickups and delivering of coffee products to the airport and vendors island wide. Coffee beans are received by the container load, and once unloaded, it is delivered to the production division for the creation of flavored coffees. Coffee Machines, Sugar and other items are delivered to the warehouse where it is checked in, counted, documented and stored using a rack & level number locating system. This location system allows ease when maintaining inventory counts for all received items and inventory checks that are done monthly. This also helps maintenance and cleanliness of warehouse.

Vendors and Customers call in their orders and a purchase order is generated.

Items are pulled from the shelving and palletized to build delivery loads for next day & same day deliveries and also includes “Will Call” pick-ups. Palletized items are then loaded on to company trucks to deliver coffee products to the airport and other vendor locations.
