Duties include: Attending to several different domestic duties for them such as; weekly grocery shopping, laundry, watering indoor & outdoor plants, picking up dry cleaning & other items/supplies as needed, making daily (M-F) breakfast prep & other light meals as needed, washing dishes, changing bedding weekly, and any other errands or things they need done regularly, that they prefer to have me attend to on their behalf.

Duties included: Greeting & welcoming the new, or potential clients, and having them fill out an intake sheet.
Answering and transferring incoming telephone calls to all three attorneys in the office.
Made outgoing telephone calls to make appointments with the clients, as well as collected retainers, & collected other agreed upon fees over the phone & in person. Calling the appropriate courthouse to schedule emergency hearings, as well as to relay other important information to the clients, and the courthouses on behalf of the attorneys.
Distributed and sent out mail daily, put together & organized client file folders for the attorneys, and created excel spreadsheets with all the current & past client’s information.
Put together and made several copies of large Judgment packets for the attorneys, on behalf of the clients for court when it was needed. Filled out other various court forms for the different stages in the client’s case, and mailed out to the appropriate courthouse. As well as sending a copy of the forms to the opposing counsel, or the opposing self-represented person.
Aided with other various projects when needed, and any other miscellaneous duties from all three attorneys, such as ordering supplies from Amazon & stamps.com, cleaning, organizing & filling out info in files, and distributing holiday cards.

Duties included: To assist, educate, sell, & provide excellent customer service skills to Customers that come into the store, to purchase & or gain knowledge regarding items such as; herbs, essential oils, incense, handmade teas, metaphysical properties of crystals/stones, candle purposes, tarot cards, and metaphysical jewelry. Our store also upscycles (remakes) clothing, to make it into a Neo-Victorian/Steampunk style inspired clothing, as well as Steampunk accessories like handmade hats, handmade bustles, and lots of other unique handmade items, produced and made by our local artisans/consignment vendors.
Social Media Duties: Oversee all of our social media sites such as Facebook, Tumblr, & Google+, in order to help promote our store to a wider audience. A large part of that promotion is taking pictures of our items, posting them on these sites, opening up people to know who we are, what we carry, as well as networking/communicating within the Steampunk, and Metaphysical/Esoteric communities.
Miscellaneous Duties included: Running the register, taking special orders, making items such as blended teas, incense, healing oil blends, Steampunk ornaments for the holidays, taking inventory every week for reordering, ordering supplies online, stocking, cleaning, arranging merchandise, biweekly to monthly rotations of products within the store. As well as paying out our local artisans/consignment vendors, for items they’ve sold at the end of each the month.
4/11 – 06/14 Cleveland Clinic Certified Circuit Coach -

Guest Production: Handling incoming inquiries on the phone & walk ins by setting appointments or signing up someone to become a new member. Handing out flyers at various locations to promote Curves, & the Curves Complete program.
Membership Sales & Product Sales: Includes evaluating the needs and goals of guests, giving tours of the facility, and signing up new members, on either the Curves Complete program, or the Curves Circuit workout.
Servicing Members: Includes listening, encouraging, educating, guiding, coaching, in order to help members, reach & achieve their health, fitness, & weight loss goals. Includes weekly, & or monthly body measurements, teaching the Curves Circuit workout, guiding members (on Curves Complete) weekly on their meal planning, coaching in goal setting, & weight loss management.
Miscellaneous Duties: For the last six months on a weekly basis, I was in charge of & oversaw the monthly billing aspect, as far as billing/charging the members who were on credit or debit cards to help the owner. I also helped kept the gym clean & tidy on regular basis & bought supplies at the store with petty cash as needed.

Finished the year program to receive my certificate/degree as a Fitness Specialist. Some of the studies included, Physiology, Kinesiology, Nutrition, Supplementation, Weight Training, Special Populations, etc...My interest lies in Personal Training, Nutrition, & Supplementation for persons of all ages, with an emphasis on resistance/weight training, as well as dealing with individuals on a Holistic level (i.e. activity level, stress level, food choice, lifestyle, etc...)
6/09 – 8/09 Internship at Scripps La Jolla Integrative Health, Shiley Pavilion –
During internship I taught an Aquatic class two days a week, shadowed the trainers & assisted with spotting & personal training on the floor when needed, learned how to use the Kinesis wall to help assist with training some of the clients, learned how to use their Fitness Assessment system, learned how to use all of their state-of-the-art resistance training machines, help assist with the triathlon put together by one of the trainers, took various classes such as; yoga, spin, kickboxing, and a vegetarian cooking class. Trained on their phones/front desk. Overall I had an absolutely terrific experience during the internship and met some wonderful Personal Trainers as well as clients!
