Started as a cashier and worked up to becoming store manager. The store I managed became the highest grossing store out of the nine locations of Red Bandanna Pet Food retail shops in my first three months of management.

Much of this was from an idea for a self service dog wash that I brought to upper management.

Three raised tubs were installed in the back section of the store. Customers paid 10 per dog to use tub while bathing their own pet. Everything was provided including shampoo, conditioner, brushes, force dryer, as well as clean-up.

This had a huge positive impact on store revenue as pet owners bought all their other supplies at our store.

This had never been done in the company before.
