● Prep & Pack / Assembly - (Assemble all trays, wrap all non tray instruments, report any missing or broken instruments or sets.)

● Steam / Sterrad - (Process all items for steam and/or sterrad. Label, scan & check all instruments & trays have proper locks & filters. Make sure the sterilizer is set to the proper cycle for trays & instruments. Remove all trays & instruments from sterilizers, read bios & document all information. Place all clean & sterilized items away.)

● Case Carts - (Receive case carts from outside vendors. Scan all case carts & begin to assemble necessary trays, linen and disposable items for surgeries. Place extra items, trays and instruments away in storage.)
