Pre-insurance & post-insurance Risk Inspections of various industries textile mills, chemical plants, LPG plants, power plants, fertilizer plants, pharmaceutical units, flour mills, sugar mills, rice processing plants, solvent extraction plants, oil mills, cotton ginning/spinning mills, feed mills, home appliances manufacturing units, Aviation related risk assessment. MBD (Machinery Breakdown) related inspections of generators, boilers, etc.

Prepare a comprehensive risk assessment technical report, highlighting risk improvement recommendations and arrange follow-up risk inspection as and when required to check the status of implementation of risk improvement recommendations.

HSE – Health, Safety, environmental improvement guidance on specific plants, etc.

Assist the underwriting and re-insurance departments in the issuance of fire policies etc. as per the requirement of the clients.

* Risk Management

The development and implementation of an enterprise-wide risk management process. The Development and implementation of relevant strategies, policies, frameworks, methodologies and tools to successfully embed a robust enterprise-wide system for operational risk management complying with IAP (Insurance Association of Pakistan) into the culture and operations of a multi-disciplined quoted financial services group.
