Senior Program Manager

Managed development of $1.2M project to provide forward compatibility of next 10 years for Pyxis MedStation, Anesthesia System, CIISafe with Microsoft Win10 and Intel Core i5-1145G7E Processor using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Developed Service Level Agreement with hardware partners and building acceptance criteria in a matrix form to mark completion of project. Document versions were controlled in SAP. There were key additional projects below.

Upgraded software for Medication Delivery Solutions, Preanalytical Systems, Pharmaceutical systems, control of e-drawers for international languages like Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, Finish, Italian, Chinese, Simplified Chinese using Agile methodology. Spearheaded several projects ranging from $2M to $20M budget from inception to implementation making sure to deliver the product within budget, schedule and with quality. Clients are distributors of Hyundai and Kia Motors in USA and Canada, Hyundai Finance team and representatives from Mobis, car manufacturer. Prepared RFP and selected vendors for development work. Worked for Sprint planning and Kanban management using Agile Methodology and involved about 30 onshore and 30 offshore (Seoul) employees and contractors, on an average. Led Business Process Outsourcing to Seoul, South Korea the functions of backend operations of Telematics from car models so that it can be uniform across the globe.

Increased 10% sale by introducing Genesis cars for Hyundai Canada and developed application for Android, Blackberry, IOS and Customer Web Portal.

Implemented GPS Streaming feature to allow Hyundai backend to continuously receive GPS update of vehicle location.

The Facets Enrollment Toolkit for auto-enrollment to ensure that data is correct and validated before it is submitted to Facets and the records are consistent in form and content.
