I have been in charge of several different size crews and in several different disciplines. I feel and believe I would be a great addition to a company due to having a lot more experience in heavy equipment operation and crew management as I worked at Tanner Timber Products, S.T.I. group, and Drainage District #7 as a heavy equipment operator and crew leader in respective jobs, I have also operated long stick track hoes, knuckle boom loaders, and massive front end loaders unloading log trucks and cutting and loading logs on log chains for saw mill to exact size and specifications for saw mill to cut. I dug and dredged canals for new and existing construction, and leads crews for the same. I am the first to show up and the last to leave. I am a very production minded individual, and company loyalty is very important to me.
