Tasked with providing CR testimony on behalf of Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company when attending and testifying in depositions and at trials, Also review, certify, and have notarized interrogatories. Duties may also include providing oversight to litigated matters.

Managed and resolved Complex Litigated Claims which included adjusting losses involving multifaceted elements of assigned claims that were improperly adjusted. Based upon my proven strong investigate skills, I was able to make the appropriate coverage determination and subsequent damage evaluation once coverage has been accepted.

Attend and represent Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company as its corporate representative at depositions, trials and all other legal proceedings, as needed. To date, have attended in excess of 250 depositions.
