25+ years’ experience working in the maintenance field, 10 as a Maintenance Mechanic, and 15 as a Maintenance Supervisor. Most recent, have 5 years working as a GSE equipment management and maintenance, working locally for an aviation company. Have conducted training and coordinating maintenance field operations, contracting, new equipment fielding, warranties for fleet, and maintenance service planning. Excellent management skills able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Highly reliable, self-starter and fully capable of taking on large projects.

Ground Support Technician / Facilities Maintenance
Created, Implemented and manage GSE and GFRC equipment maintenance programs and address any facilities maintenance issues, fabrication, welding, electrical, plumping, carpentry, assembly, HVAC for MD-Helicopters. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections on equipment requirements by OSHA,SDS,FAA and GFRC (Military). Maintenance Supervisor / Maintenance Technician
Manage Maintenance Mechanics (20-30 soldiers) conducting maintenance and preventive maintenance on equipment. Equipment Specialist and Warranty Coordinator [Full Time Federal Position GS-09]
Maintained analysis, maintenance data, man hours, equipment readiness, equipment down time, forward all data reports to their respective personnel. Maintain property records for all maintenance equipment assigned to 10 Field Maintenance Shops located throughout Arizona, conduct quarterly inventories on all shops, identify any missing or damaged equipment, shop shortages. Resolve and authorize any issues conducted by contractors on site. Manage all modifications for Arizona Army National Guard equipment, from weapons, gas mask, to Humvees, dozers, and cranes. From sourcing to completion of modification installation. Responsibilities also included serving as Warranty Coordinator for all Arizona Army National Guard Equipment. All equipment with wheels and tracks, which included in excess of 1000 pieces of equipment.
Identify and resolve any discrepancies between qualities of services conducted to our maintenance facilities by hired contractors.
Manage all modifications for military equipment and weapon systems, coordinate and manage tracking of implementation of modification.
Warranty coordinator for all maintenance equipment with in the division.
Communicate all safety messages to all 10 National Guard Maintenance Facilities involving specific equipment effected.
Prepare equipment shipping and receiving documents for equipment leaving the state.
Research and submit bids for purchasing contracts on equipment or repairs within the Maintenance Field
