As business development manager I had daily interaction with a variety of industries that utilized our pumps, piping and rental equipment and machinery. My daily agenda included face to face calls with a host of companies, visiting with the decision makers and different heads throughout different companies. My role at Bighorn consisted of all business development affairs. From the normal day to day business acumen to implementation of new lines of service to include on the I&E side the roll out of a power line and substation construction division. This included the implementation and design of new service which includes construction and design of new power lines from existing power to the introduction of electricity to new locations via pole installation and construction for miles of power and transmission. This position included obtaining and securing business for new construction of locations, roads, facilities and any other structural development in the oil and gas industry to include several different above ground storage and distribution water facilities for Ameridev, Diamondback and select water systems, Conoco Philips and Pilot water solutions to name a few. My day to day effort was centered on bringing in business opportunities for different services including construction, I&E services, management of pipeline construction and or maintenance for the oil and gas industry. My efforts increased profits year by year. My salary was increased by 60k throughout my tenure in conjunction with company growth.
