Contract Land Tech

Formed Domestic LLC called ROCK SOLID SUPPORT SERVICES and did contract land work for SOUTHWESTERN ENERGY (SWN) through ENSLEY PROPERTIES. Worked on the Haynesville geological play on both the Louisiana & Texas sides plus Marcellus/Utica in WV/PA/OH. Completed HPLT Land Tech Training Course on May 16, 2024.

Reviewed, evaluated, & catalogued Land Documents/Contracts for SWN conversion/consolidation project. Set up Contracts (emphasis on Assignments) in P2 Land Database for SWN. Utilized Landbroker/P2 databases.

BLACK FALCON ENERGY, LLC, Houston, TX August 2016 – April 2022

Petroleum Engineering Technician

Worked closely on Drilling, Completion, & WO analysis for company with 8,000+ non-operated producing wells/properties. Created/maintained Elected Well Performance Summary Spreadsheets/Charts for a range of 200-400 New Well elections per year. Sole Engineer in charge of Joint Interest Billings (JIBs) approval & disputes on all Drilling, Completion, WO, & LOE projects, preventing $3,000,000+ in overpayments. Also reviewed offshore GOM JIBs owned by private equity company that Black Falcon consulted for although these were not properties that we were paid to oversee. Created/maintained semi-annual Control of Well Insurance Spreadsheets for all Producing, WO, & Drilled wells.

Non-operated ownership oversight and analysis included the Eagleford, Haynesville, Mid-Cont., Powder River Basin, Colorado Niobrara, Utica, and Marcellus (N. & S.) geological plays.

Senior Drilling & Completions Analyst

Managed PRODUCTION ACCESS drilling, completion and workover database operations reporting system. Created and maintained Flowback/Reservoir Parameters Charts. Managed digital file system in LIVELINK until department changeover to SHAREPOINT. Assisted in weekly HSE reports and weekly management reports. Created historical drilling and completion statistical lookback presentation for Brown Dense well project.

Ensured accurate and timely creation of Wellbore Diagrams (WBDs) by migrating department historical well data from PRODUCTION ACCESS Database into WELLVIEW Database.

Increased accuracy of project costs by assisting Drilling and Completion Engineers with Excel spreadsheets & detailed Excel Charts which helped in ultimately reducing project costs. Created historical drilling and completion statistical lookback presentations for various unconventional plays.

Researched and determined the most effective Drill Bit/Casing Programs for new plays emphasizing Horizontal, Multi-Stage Fracture plays.
