● 5’S - Rearranging and labeling internal cabinet storage to incorporate lean in the work environment. Took initiative to free up more space for glassware and aided in efficiency of packing and pulling processes.

● Escalated improper transportation of deliveries - GMP MPLS glass bottles were being delivered to gRED MPLS which could no longer be returned to the GMP environment due to contamination. Escalating the issue resulted in quality of items being delivered without cross contamination.

● Ergonomic risk in operating washers - Initiated an Ergonomic Evaluation to reevaluate the work space and build safety adjustments. Opened up conversations regarding other daily MPLS tasks in need of evaluation working with Safety Team EHNS on policy changes.
