Profile

I have more than twenty years working experience in management with Malawi government and United Nations Agencies. This has mainly been in areas of humanitarian assistance and development in various work contexts.

My last employer was UNHCR Romania as Emergency Field Officer. The initial experience in coordinating humanitarian activities was 1990-93 when I served as District Relief Officer among Mozambican refugees in Malawi with Food Aid Relief and Rehabilitation Unit (FARRU) in the Office of President and Cabinet (OPC)

I possess three master of Arts educational qualifications in the following areas: Human Rights and Conflict management, Public Policies and Business Administration. I have also attended several internal courses concerning handling displaced population groups in various contexts.
