Managing responsibility for cost and schedule of all electronic systems, boxes, and cable assemblies for the A-6E aircraft. Managed all internal manufacturing programs within electronics division accounting for over $20M sales annually. Design cognizance; maintenance and configuration control. Responsible for system integration of Digital Signal Processing (DSP) system; use of RF and digital beam forming techniques in phased array radar systems; developed test plans and managed ECCM tests at ECCM antenna/radar test range.
