Most recent company employed by was Wells Fargo Bank N/A. 12/16/19 to 11/3/22 I was employed as an Associate Customer Service Representative “Credit Card” for 2 years 11 months. My job responsibilities included handling complex customer inquiries, answering questions about credit products, transferring calls to the appropriate department according to the specific needs of the customer, navigation through multiple computer windows, to accurately meet the financial needs of the customer.

2nd most recent position was a “Brand Ambassador” for P.S. Stearns marketing company. I worked for 1 year preparing, setting up, and marketing their products on a professional level. Most products were food related, but strong presentation and professionalism is required among all employees. 3rd most recent position was Customer service representative for Wal Mart Stores Inc. I spent 3 years working for the company in both the food service department, and the customer service department. My experience would include money handling, and also food handling.
