Receptionist

Proficient in handling incoming calls, clients, mail, opening files, adding info on respective files, schedule appointments & make sure reception area was clean & professional.

Was employed for 30 years at my last job at Delta Title Corporation. I prepared real estate closings on residential property & vacant land. I handled dealing with clients, real estate agents, and banks and mortgage companies. I prepared all documents for the closing. I also prepared and balanced the closing statement.

Our receptionist was not working out & I was asked if I wanted that position since o enjoyed working personally with the clients. I was then the receptionist for Delta Title for the lady 5 years. I feel I would be best qualified for this position.
