From 2013-2017, I did several miscellaneous jobs, with one being Sitel. Here I worked as a customer service agent in an inbound call center. Campaigns included signing employees up for job benefits and signing customers up for natural gas service on a separate campaign. At Sitel I received an award for Customer Retention while working there for 2+ years.

ITT Amory MS
I worked at ITT Corporation from June 2017-2024 as a housekeeper. Duties included ordering work supplies, organizing a to do list for tasks, and repetitive cleaning throughout the building. I worked by myself to complete
all tasks in a forty (40) hour work week. Received Food Manager Certification and started a new career
