Electrical shut down and small Project work

●Remove EHT as well as preform PMs and inspect Trace

●Remove power and communication cables on motors to be taken out for Rewound or new motors to be Installed.

●Rack In & Rack Out 600v / Rack In & Rack Out 4160 V SWITCHGEAR

●Preform PdMA on switchgear & motor systems

●Reinstall EHT and check all Parameters on controllers to be accurate

●Rack out out 4160 volt breakers including 600 MCCs as per the work scope

●Removal of EHT sr and mi trace for mech scope of work. Re install All trace back on pipes as per the iso drawings. Megger All SR & MI Reinstalled back onto pipes and Valves.

●Energize 4160 volt breakers along with 600 MCCs. Bring online Corresponding VFD Drives.

●Assist operations with bringing plant back online and Commission new Electrical Equipment
