Roof Installation and Repair:Assist in installing, repairing, or replacing roofing materials such as shingles, tiles, metal sheets, or asphalt.

Prepare roofs for installation by removing old materials and cleaning surfaces. Apply waterproofing materials and sealants to ensure roof durability. Material Handling:

Load and unload roofing materials from trucks and transport them to work areas. Measure, cut, and position roofing materials as required. Safety and Equipment Usage:

Set up and dismantle scaffolding, ladders, and other roofing equipment safely. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, such as wearing harnesses and other protective gear. Use hand tools and power tools, including hammers, nail guns, and saws.Weatherproofing and Insulation: Install insulation or underlayment materials to improve energy efficiency. Apply weatherproof coatings and barriers to protect roofs from environmental damage. Site Cleanup and Maintenance:

Clear debris and dispose of old roofing materials appropriately. Maintain a clean and organized worksite during and after roofing projects. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with roofing contractors, foremen, and other laborers to complete projects efficiently. Follow instructions from supervisors and adapt to changing project needs. Warehouse Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of roofing materials for accuracy and quality. Organize and store materials, tools, and equipment in designated areas for easy access. Order Fulfillment:

Pick, pack, and prepare roofing materials for delivery to job sites. Load materials onto trucks or trailers using forklifts or manual lifting. Equipment Maintenance:

Perform routine checks and maintenance on warehouse tools and equipment. Ensure all equipment is stored properly and in good working condition. Safety Compliance:

Adhere to warehouse safety protocols, such as proper lifting techniques and hazard awareness. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by clearing walkways and properly storing items. Logistics Support:

Assist in loading and unloading trucks at both the warehouse and job sites. General Maintenance:
