service tech. My responsibilities

were repairing crematory machines

for the company. I would do

rebuilds and other repairs that we

would get from customers. I would

do the floors,roofs,cleanouts and

stack replacements. I was also

responsible for system service

checks to make sure the machines

were working properly. Make sure

the machines didn't have leaks or

smoking to much. I would travel

state to state for this job and fly

out wherever I was sent to work or

wherever the next work order was

at. I loved this job.

pastor had very specific details

for Sunday. He wanted the seats to

be shining but to smell like lemon

scented wood polisher.

I was a prep cook and when I wasn't

busy, I was a utility worker so I

would help out a lot because that's

what you are suppose do when you

work for any company. So, throwing

trash and washing dishes isn't

anything new in the food industry.

Had to keep inventory of what we

had on shelves in the freezers

because we weren't allowed to have

food stored to long. The food

inspectors would show up

unexpectedly, so we never wanted

to get hit with any violations.
