*Directly oversaw production and inventory of Quickie Manufacturing with $250M per year sales & Lehigh Group with $60M per year sales with a combined work force of over 750 employees across six distribution centers / manufacturing locations. Product line roughly 70% manufactured in house with 30% direct imports.

*Created daily, weekly, & monthly master production plan for all three manufacturing locations ensuring Production was level loaded and capacity constraints were eliminated. Better planning of resources, i.e. machines, materials, & employees were all a by product of strides made implementing the best practices regarding MRP/ERP planning.

*Sourced finished goods/subassemblies/raw materials globally from China, Italy, Poland, Brazil, India, Sri Lanka, Canada, Mexico in addition to the domestic US.

*Lead / participated in Kaizen events within Quickie in addition to other Jarden entities.

*Orchestrated all promotional opportunities / execution via homegrown processes that reviewed the request, material lead times and manufacturing capacities that account for $30-40M annually.

*Responsible for inventory level reductions of more than $2M on subassemblies, raw materials and finished goods across three American locations and two Mexican plants in 2015.

*Instituted Kanban inventory system in wet mop / corn broom factory located in Mexico resulting in yearly savings of over $800K.

*Steering Committee head for Supply Chain in converting from JDE to SAP in 2017. Data mining, part number, router and BOM set up.

*Provided expertise in manufacturing with regard to 16 staple set machines and 18 injection molding presses to multiple production facilities including institution of lean manufacturing.

*Presided over the Production Planning department with a keen awareness of fill rate requirements of over 98.9% and the maintaining of appropriate safety stock levels.

*Analyzed OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) & PMP (planned maintenance percentage) for all locations. Ran load profiles 12 – 16 weeks out to explore machine & employee capacity.

*Monitored forecasts to identify changes and determine the root cause with regards to Sales & Supply Chain activities that resulted in an increase in WMAPE of over 79% lead time adjusted. Quickie's forecast accuracy had been the highest of any Jarden / Newell owned company. Instituted collaborate processes with top customers.
